You know, sometimes it’s those little moments that just give you pause for thought…
I’ve been an Apple dealer for some time now, and a closet Mac user for quite a while before that but I guess I never realized how some facets of our culture have been impacted by the “Think Different” movement.
Case in Point:
On my way to work each morning I generally see a variety of people walking through our development, getting their early energy rush before the day’s insanity begins (I think it’s actually a deep-seated cry for better coffee). This morning, I saw someone new pacing the streets. He was an older man, with weathered skin, a long grey beard and dusky blue walking clothes. While normally this chance meeting would have gone generally unnoticed, this one caught my attention; Worn around the neck of this dark figure was a bright, shiny iPod Shuffle.
Ok, so it’s not a major revelation or one of the signs of an upcoming apocalypse (hopefully) but hey, it struck me that the times, indeed, are a changin’.
